What does being an affiliate require of me or my company?
SLPs
- Volunteer your time (minimum of one hour per month) to help run a support group, conversation group, or other group of interest to people with aphasia in your community with ACA's assistance.
- Distributing information about services offered by ACA to potential participants that you have connections with.
- Care about people with aphasia and their life participation!
Companies/Medical Facilities
- Offer space to host an aphasia group (minimum one hour per month in a consistent location/day/time).
- Distributing information about services offered by ACA to potential participants that you have connections with.
- Be open to making your facility's space more communicatively accessible.
