What is the difference between all these groups?
- Conversation groups
  - Speech therapy group sessions at UL Lafayette
  - Either in person or virtual
- Community groups
  - NOT therapy - just for fun!
  - Out and About Groups, Support Groups, Bible Study, Lunch Bunch, Brewe Krewe, Game Group, Black Aphasia Group, & Toastmasters

Is there a cost for community groups?
- Only if you want to buy something while we're out!

What happens at a support group?
- Support group is a great first step to join the Aphasia Center of Acadiana!
- This is a supportive and non-judgmental place to speak openly about struggles and successes.
- We talk about the aphasia journey and how it's been treating you recently.
- All sessions are moderated by a trained speech-language pathologist.

    - Second Friday of each month
