  • How do I register for a group/session?

  • Is there a cost for the virtual groups? 
    • No!
 
  • Is there a cost for the in person groups?

  • Is there a cost for community groups?
    • Only if you want to buy something while we're out!
 
  • What happens at a support group?
    • Support group is a great first step to join the Aphasia Center of Acadiana!
    • This is a supportive and non-judgmental place to speak openly about struggles and successes. 
    • We talk about the aphasia journey and how it's been treating you recently.
    • ​All sessions are moderated by a trained speech-language pathologist.

        • Lafayette Public Library, Main Campus (301 W. Congress St.)
        • 2nd floor conference room
      • New Iberia
        • ​Second Friday of each month
        • 10:00 AM
